Our client is an internationally known Norwegian manufacturer of prams and baby furniture, with products sold in over 50 countries and a reputation for innovative designs in the children's furniture sector. Over the years, our client has manufactured and designed a wide range of furniture, paying particular
attention to ergonomics , uniqueness, and functionality.
They are currently looking for a Nordics Customer Service Team Leader (M/F/d) for their Sindelfingen office.

Description and responsibilities:

Managing a group of customer service representatives in supporting the retailer and consumer business in Scandinavia
Taking care of the preand postsales matters on the company website and in the marketplace context
Recruiting Team members and developing their knowhow
Coaching and supporting the team aiming to achieve the best performance
Collaborating with external CS outsourcing partners
In charge of case handling times, availability, Customer Service Satisfaction (NPS) and their development

Your profile:

Fluency in English (C1) and Danish (C1) is mandatory. Additional languages such as Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian are considered a plus
Commercial education (Equivalent to bachelor's degree, BBA etc.)
Few years of experience in a customer service role
Ability to understand and support B2B and B2C side with consumer support channels and methodologies
Strong communication skills and service mentality
Ability to work in crossfunctional teams and in a multicultural environment
