ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Audible Marketing Operations team (MOPS) is a centralized global team responsible for executing CRM and promotional campaigns.


The Audible Marketing Operations team is looking for a Specialist, Promotions QA to assist the Global Promotions Team manage the end-to-end QA for promotions to ensure each eligible customer has a good experience.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with marketers to shape customer-focused programs designed to deepen member relationships and enhance our acquisition efforts.

This position is a 12 month fixed-term contract.

As a Specialist, Promotions QA, you will

  • Test UX/CX flows for promotional campaigns developed by marketing teams to ensure a frictionless customer experience
  • Troubleshoot promotional issues as the firstline of support (triage) and serve as a liaison between customer service and related stakeholder teams, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution throughout the process
  • Collaborate with marketing, business, and technical teams to collect requirements and then turn them into concrete test cases with corresponding documentation
  • Create detailed UAT documentation
  • Take ownership of moving campaigns to completion from QA phase on JIRA, ensuring seamless coordination from initiation to completion
  • Create indepth bug tickets and change requests for our development teams in Newark and India, as well as local marketing colleagues to make fixes based on issues found during QA
  • Report issues and bugs in a detailed and timely manner, working closely with various international development teams and local stakeholders to ensure swift resolution
  • Validate the functionality of new feature sand product launches, working closely with our local Program Management team

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technology teams on requirements gathering
  • Technically capable with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in Jira or similar project/workflow management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field of study
Preferred Qualifications

  • Ecommerce experience (including prior experience with membership
- or subscription-based businesses in a B2B or B2C industry

  • Familiarity with SQL queries and experience working with databases in a business environment with largescale, complex datasets
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization and reporting tools
