Our client, a global telecommunication service provider, is recruiting a

Customer Support Representative to join their project

in Germany.

    Responsibilities:
  • Manage the interface between PMs and customers
  • Maintain relationship with customer accounts
  • Assist technical team with customers deliverables
  • Support Project Managers with PO/Invoice preparation
  • Coordinate and take responsibility for uploads of all the technical quality designs and corresponding documentation
  • Manage the digital and paper filing of all the documentation for the Projects
  • Liaise and coordinate with the designers and PMs to ensure documentation is received timely
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

Requirements:


  • Formal Qualification in a technical domain 2 years of experience in Account Management or similar role
  • Knowledge of Sales Force or similar CRM is an advantage
  • Experience with handling site documentation and such processes within the Telecommunications industry
  • Personable, with the ability to flourish in a customer interfacing role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail is key
  • German fluent (written and spoken); Englishconversational
