The Role

Your Responsibilities in Detail

Preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements according to HGB and IFRS including consolidation in LucaNet
Review of the monthly financial statements of the domestic and foreign subsidiaries and ensuring uniform accounting and valuation throughout the group
Participation in the preparation of the annual consolidated notes and the group management report for the SellerX group and sub groups
Liaise with auditors for the SellerX group
Creation of ad hoc reports and evaluations
Assist in the drafting of accounting policies for the SellerX Group
Be part of the firsttime adoption of IFRS
Participation in projects for groupwide standardization and harmonization of accounting processes as well as development and implementation of new processes in group accounting

Your Background
To join our team, you bring along

Successfully completed business studies (business administration, economics, MBA) with a focus on accounting, bookkeeping, finance or auditing
Experience in audit or consulting or Group Accounting with solid knowledge of HGB and IFRS
Experience working with common ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
Advanced MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
Ideally, practical experience with LucaNet or alternative consolidation software
Analytical, independent, reliable and resultoriented way of working
Great communication in English, German is a plus
