This program aims to support aspiring entrepreneurs and startups by providing them with mentorship, resources, and opportunities to develop their business ideas in collaboration with our experts.

Our first internal start-up is already in business and it should not remain the only one. To generate further ideas and products, we are looking for your support

We are seeking a motivated and talented
Working Student (M/F/d) to join our
Global Business Incubation Programme.

As a working student, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our experienced professionals, internal entrepreneurs, and startups from around the world.

You will contribute to the growth and success of the program by assisting in various aspects of the incubation process.

What you can expect

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend analysis to identify potential business opportunities and assess market viability for startup ideas
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of workshops, events, and training sessions for participating startups
Assist in managing projects within the incubation program, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives. Help startups develop and refine their project plans and deliverables

What you bring to the table

Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field, such as business administration, innovation, entrepreneurship or a similar course
Strong interest in entrepreneurship, startups and innovation
Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information from diverse sources
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. German language proficiency is a plus
Experience in digital tools for agile collaboration, e.g. Miro, Slack and Airtable is a plus
Prior experience in a startup environment or business incubation program is a plus
