- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung mehrerer Fertigungsmeistereien (ca. 60 Mitarbeitende)
- Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter
- Planung, Überwachung und Sicherstellung der qualitativen und quantitativen Bereichs-, Ergebnis- und Kostenziele anhand von Leistungskennzahlen
- Organisation des gesamten Fertigungsablaufs unter Berücksichtigung moderner Methoden wie z. B. Lean-Management, KVP, 5S und Shopfloor-Management
- Planung der Personal- und Anlagenkapazitäten
- Unterstützen der Montageplanung
- Überwachung und Durchsetzung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Unfallverhütungs- und Umweltvorschriften
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Metall- und oder Kunststoffverarbeitung mit Fortbildung zum Techniker oder Ingenieur
- Fundierte berufliche Erfahrung in einem modernen produzierenden Industriebetrieb, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld
- Einschlägige Kenntnisse gängiger Produktionssysteme
- Hohes Qualitäts- und Prozessbewusstsein
- Zuverlässigkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Organisationstalent sowie ein hohes Maß an Teamorientierung
- Gute SAP- / und MS Office Kenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
