Job Description:

Become a part of our finance team and make an impact. With your financial excellence and analytical mindset you are helping to create a world that works better.

  • As Business Partner, responsible for one of our regions, you drive financial success and strategic alignment within the Sales Department
  • In your function as Business Partner, you keep a close eye on your business region. You are the first contact person and support them in every possible way to achieve their targets by creating transparency about their productivity, current performance, awareness about their costs and vacancies as well as evaluating sales initiatives
  • Be an essential pillar of the weekly and monthly management reporting and provide necessary documentation about variances versus the budget
  • Conceptualise and optimize controlling instruments both technically and with great content to enhance our business
  • Preparation of (adhoc) analyses and decision memos for management and derivation of recommendations for action
  • Play a vital role in the budgeting and forecasting process in close interaction with sales
  • Communication and collaboartion across functions/teams

Qualifications:


  • University or technical college degree in business administration with a focus on finance with several years of professional experience in a salesrelated environment in a global set up (EMEA, AMS, APAC)
  • Understand the general business dynamics of a growing subscription company and their operative metrics (familiar with relevant KPI set)
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
  • Experience with Microsoft dynamics and/or tableau is an advantage
  • Work in a dynamic international environment that requires very good English skills
  • Have very good analytical skills; you will always find the right way for different stakeholders to communicate their result
  • Have an independent, structured and resultoriented way of working as well as a high level of quality awareness
