WHAT WE OFFER

Your tasks in detail:

You will be part of an agile innovation network to tackle emerging challenges in (polymer) Cheminformatics and connect chemical domain knowledge with computed chemical descriptors
You will be in close exchange with (multi scale) simulation experts, data scientists and experimental researchers to push R&D digitalization and enable our global R&D community to increase speed, efficiency and creativity in the development of sustainable products and processes

WHAT YOU OFFER- You hold a university degree in chemistry, natural sciences, engineering or related fields- You have concluded a PhD study / Postdoc assignment (or similar in-depth experiences) in Cheminformatics You have good understanding of machine learning based methods in the context of computational chemistry- You possess a strong proficiency in scientific programming and scripting with Python and you are familiar with libraries such as RDKit and pandas- You exhibit a proactive working style in an international environment with a strong service-oriented mindset- You are fluent in English, and effective communication skills in oral and written form are part of your profile
