- Durch Kombination theoretischer Modelle mit experimentellen Daten sorgen Sie für genaue Prozessvorhersagen und Prozessoptimierungen
- Sie arbeiten mit anderen Competence Centern und anderen F&E-Teams zusammen, um Innovationen in der Feststoffverarbeitung und in der Polymertechnik voranzutreiben
- Schließlich identifizieren Sie Maßnahmen zur Durchsatzsteigerung (Scale-up), Qualitätsverbesserungen und Kostensenkungen in der Großproduktion und setzen diese um
- Sie haben einen Master- oder Promotionsabschluss im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik/ Chemieingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Feststoffverarbeitung, einschließlich experimenteller Arbeiten und theoretischer Analyse/ Modellierung
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Feststoffhandhabung, Mischen, Granulieren, Mahlen, Trocknen und Partikelcharakterisierung sowie Kenntnisse in mathematischer Modellierung, Datenanalyse und Simulationssoftware für die Feststoffverarbeitung (DEM, CFD)
- Darüber hinaus sind Sie fähig in einem komplexen Umfeld mit vielen Ansprechpartnern zu arbeiten und dabei den Überblick zu behalten
- Sie sind lösungsorientiert und haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Ihnen fällt es leicht, Themen zu strukturieren und zu priorisieren
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab

In dem Competence Center Hochviskostechnik arbeiten Sie als Teammitglied an der Entwicklung, Auslegung und Optimierung neuer Verfahren und Apparate mit numerischen und experimentellen Methoden im Bereich Recycling, Kreislaufwirtschaft und Nachhaltigkeit sowie für Polycarbonat und Polycarbonat-Blends, aber auch für Folien und thermoplastische Polyurethane. Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen der Ausbau der Feststoffverarbeitung sowie der Aufbau, der Betrieb von Versuchsanlagen und die Auswertung erzielter Versuchsergebnisse.
