Focus of the role:
Compilation and financial management of end-to-end P&L BU Nutrition

Act as thought partner for BU Head

This role reports to SVP, CFO BU Nutrition & BU Pharma, strong functional reporting to head of BU, member of the Fresenius Kabi Finance Leadership Team

Your assignments

Proactively steer financial results for the BU Nutrition in accordance with targets set for the BU including Sales Growth, EBIT, Net Working Capital and cashflow
Responsible for Month End as well as Forecast & Budget processes for the complete BU Nutrition incl. I&D Centers and Overhead as well as alignment with Regions, Operations and other central functions that are part of the P&L
Manage a team of R&D Controlling (Europe & Asia), Planning, Sales & Margin Analysis
Responsibility for setting the frame for Standard Cost Calculation and Management Transfer Prices (MTP)
Conduct Profitability Analysis of the Nutrition Portfolio
Drive Financial Review and Tracking of all R&D projects
Responsibility for all BU related Financials as part of Vision 2026 program (tracked in Wave)
Contribute to strategic discussions and operational decisions as member of the BU Nutrition Management team
Ensure, that the Finance strategy and all Finance initiatives support the overall business strategy and are consistent with the BU goals
Prioritize projects with respect to the organization's strategic goals including M&A
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all finance topics

Profile:

University degree in Business Administration, specialized on Accounting and Finance
6+ years work experience in a Finance Leading position in a multinational Matrix organisatiion within the life science, pharmaceutical, medical or fmcg sector
Very good communication and leadership skills
Strong comprehension and analytical skills
Experienced in working in multinational/cultural environment
Business fluent English
IFRS knowledge
