About us
At MBition, we are bringing digital luxury to mobility users around the world.

To accomplish this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network.

As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS).

In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development.

With offices in Berlin and Sofia, we are aiming to bring new generation of innovative infotainment systems across the globe.

Your Mission
In this position you will be leading the Vehicle Network API team as part of our infotainment system product.

You will lead the development of APIs based on code generation using remote procedure call engines (e.g. vSomeIP) to connect the infotainment system to all other computers in the car to enable powerful end user functions
You take ownership of the software your team develops regarding functionality, quality and technology.
You develop your team in terms of careers growth of everyone.
You hire the best new team members.
You continuously collaborate with the organization and provide them with a product status reporting.

Qualifikationen
Your Profile
You hold a degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field.
You have a high degree of expertise and technical understanding for complex software products and software architecture, esp. in the field of distributed systems.
You have clear and open communication approach; you strive to always have objective and justified opinion and treat everyone with respect.
You have experience in leading a team of senior developers
You are experienced in embedded software development using C++.
You are proficient in English, German is a plus.
