    My client is currently looking for 2x dedicated senior HXM consultant that can join their team

    They specialize in digital HR transformation, encompassing activities such as selecting and implementing cloud-based HCM solutions, leveraging advanced technologies like AI and RPA, designing and delivering positive employee experiences, and utilizing collaboration tools. Their approach includes professional change management to facilitate organizational and employee improvement in HR services using the latest technologies. In essence, their goal is to optimize organizations, increase process efficiency, and enhance the effectiveness of people management.

    Requirements include

    • Completion of business or IT technical studies or equivalent vocational training
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP HXM, SAP SuccessFactors, or SAP ABAP OO
    • Strong understanding of human resources and related processes
    • Basic knowledge of project management and implementation planning
    • Proficient problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills
    • Enthusiasm for optimizing HR and IT solutions, and creating new solutions to align with customer needs
    • Proficiency in spoken and written German and English (very very strong B2, needs to be C1)

    Responsibilities will include

    • Consulting clients on optimizing and redefining human resources processes
    • Configuring HR IT processes, emphasizing recruitment, learning, performance management, succession planning, master data management, payroll, and time management
    • Designing and building intricate applications and interfaces within the HR IT domain
    • Implementing, supporting, and enhancing HR systems using SAP HXM and SAP SuccessFactors
    • Planning and executing projects efficiently throughout the project lifecycle
    • Analyzing customer needs, understanding requirements, and providing guidance on feasibility
