About this role

As Working Student, you will support the development of new diodes and rectifiers. This includes experiments, data analysis, and measurements in the R&D electrical characterization lab. You will get in touch with Nexperia's product portfolio of discrete semiconductors and our R&D organization.

What you will do

Electrical characterization of semiconductor wafers and final products (small signal and medium power
Measurements of Surge, ESD and switching times in our laboratory
Automation of laboratory equipment
Evaluation of trials, data analysis and presentation of results
Investigations of competitor products

What you will need

Student of Physics, Electrical Engineering or similar
Preferred skills: Semiconductor technology, electrical measurement techniques, hardware automation, programming skills for lab automation, data analysis, SPICE
Analytical thinking
Ability to work in a team and with colleagues
Resilience
Fluent in German and English, written and verbal

Conditions

Temporary contract with extension option
Weekly working hours: max. 18 hours / week
18,40 € per hour
Location: Hamburg
