- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's medical devices, including their features, functionalities, and application
- Clinical Education: Provide training and education to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other staff, on the proper use of the medical devices. This may involve conducting workshops, seminars, and in-service training sessions.
- Clinical Support: Offer on-site support during medical procedures where the company's devices are used. This includes assisting healthcare providers with device setup, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Customer Support: Act as a liaison between the medical device company and healthcare providers. Respond to inquiries, provide technical support, and address any concerns or issues raised by customers.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from healthcare professionals regarding the performance and usability of the medical devices. Provide this feedback to the product development and engineering teams to contribute to product improvement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in medical technology. Use this knowledge to inform the development of training materials and educational programs.
- Either have a nursing background but has experience with practical use of Tavi Products or Coronary Intervention products for surgery.
- Be an application specialist where you train and demonstrate these Tavi products for use
- Ability to drive to hospitals
