- Dein Fokus liegt auf dem technischen Monitoring der zentralen Konzernplattform für das Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) auf Basis SAP S/4HANA
- Zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung dieser Aufgabe erzeugst du aus den Daten zum SAP ERP-Plattformbetrieb, dem Betrieb der SAP Business Technology Plattform (BTP) sowie dem Applikationsbetrieb ein ganzheitliches Bild
- Du erarbeitest dazu Monitoringkonzepte für das Schnittstellen- und Performancemonitoring und definierst geeignete KPIs zur Überwachung
- Du erstellst Dashboards zur Visualisierung dieser KPIs und implementierst Alarmierungssysteme für Abweichungen
- Du bringst bei Bedarf unsere spezifischen Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen in konzernweite Monitoring-Projekte ein und sorgst für die Umsetzung von Monitoring-Standards und der Implementierung der Monitoring-Tools im EAM-Umfeld
- Mit deiner Arbeit in unserem Team leistest du einen direkten Beitrag zur Energiewende
- Du kannst eine Ausbildung oder einen Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation mit IT-Bezug aufweisen
- Deine stark ausgeprägten Skills in den Bereichen Technik, Analyse und Konzeption befähigen dich, komplexe IT-Landschaften und ihre Abhängigkeiten zu verstehen daraus geeignete Lösungen abzuleiten
- Der Einsatz von Monitoring-Werkzeugen, Jira und Service Now ist bereits Bestandteil deines Erfahrungsschatzes
- Du bevorzugst agile und kundenorientierte Arbeitsmethoden wie Scrum und (Biz)DevOps und legst Wert auf Teamarbeit und den Austausch von Wissen
- Die Kommunikation mit verschiedensten Stakeholdern in deutscher und englischer Sprache fällt dir genauso leicht, wie die Übersetzung von technischen Inhalten in zielgruppengerechte Sprache
- Wenn du Kenntnisse rund um SAP-Systeme und/oder in den Prozesse von Regionalversorgern mitbringst, ist dies ein zusätzliches Plus
