    • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für spannende Projekte innerhalb der Abteilung in der Gestaltung neuer Konzeptideen, Geschäftsmodellen und Produkt-Innovationen, sowie das Sicherstellen der Umsetzung gemeinsam mit den relevanten Schnittstellen im Unternehmen
    • Du unterstützt bei der Recherche & Analyse aktueller, relevanter Trends, Innovationen, Entwicklungen und Technologien, sowie bei der Ausarbeitung, von daraus abzuleitenden Handlungsempfehlungen, Konzepten und Entscheidungsvorlagen.
    • Du arbeitest und unterstützt Du in interdisziplinären Teams an der Initiierung und Durchführung von Innovationsprojekten in den unterschiedlichen Phasen von Idee über Validierung bis hin zu Implementierung
    • Du unterstützt bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Initiativen und Workshops zur Stärkung der Innovationskultur der HUGO BOSS AG
    • Die Entwicklung von neuen Instrumenten und Methoden zur Ideengenerierung ist ein stetiger Bestandteil deiner Arbeit.
    • Du wirst an unterschiedlichsten Innovationsthemen mit durch die aktive Einbindung und Übernahme von Projektaufgaben im Team
    Das ist dein Profil:
    • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder laufendes Masterstudium im Bereich Innovation Management, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder (International) Business Development oder vergleichbare Bereiche mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg
    • Erste praktische Arbeitserfahrung
    • Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Bereich Innovation Management, Strategie, Marketing oder Projektmanagement
    • Erste Erfahrungen mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden und der Arbeitsweise im Innovation Management sind von Vorteil
    • Leidenschaft für Kreativität, Innovation & Digitalisierung und zeigen kundenorientiertes Denken in der Art und Weise, wie Sie Aufgaben angehen
    • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office-Programmen
    • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie zuverlässiges, lösungsorientiertes und eigeninitiatives Arbeiten im Team als auch selbstständig zu arbeiten, zählen zu Ihren Eigenschaften.
    • Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
    • Spaß an der Arbeit in einem leistungsorientierten und herausfordernden Umfeld
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
