In order to support the Human Resources department, Airbus Defence and Space in Manching is looking for a


Local Employment Marketing Specialist (d/f/m)**People at Airbus make the success of our company. The Employment Marketing organization plays a key role in our company's growth by understanding the business needs & challenges and hiring the best matching people to join us in Airbus.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Support and organize local HR marketing activities in cooperation with the HR communities (local and within Airbus Group)
  • Organize various employment marketing events (e. g. job fairs, site visits, social media communication)
  • Maintain contacts with schools, universities and institutions
  • Contribute to the definition of the most appropriate sourcing strategies, channels and social media to identify and attract the most talented people (passive or active sourcing)
  • Support the Onboarding of newcomers

Desired skills and qualifications:


  • HR Marketing experience or relevant experience in organization of employment marketing events (e. g. job fairs, site visits, social media communication) is preferred.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Ability to analyze marketing campaign performance and report on successes
  • Content creation experience and expertise (German native preferred)
  • Creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging an audience toward the success of a goal with rigorous commercial business sense
  • Relationshipbuilding skills with business leaders, the community, and the target audience of employees, clients, or others
  • Organizing, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Engaging, having a natural like of people, a knack for leading, and sales skills that help engage others in goals
  • Communication, Exceptional written, visual and verbal communication
  • German and English negotiation level
