Business Presentation Specialist and Media Designer (M/F/d)

  • One of the key goals this team focuses on is in creating, designing and presenting electronic presentations for management. These presentations play an essential role in communicating the company's mission, vision, strategy and goals to the industry, external stakeholders, and employees worldwide, thus making the role a central one.
    What you can expect
  • You will work with Corporate Communications and Global Growth & Innovation teams to understand their data and ideas and help convey them in a professional way by transforming them into clear, compelling, highly accurate and visually attractive presentations in PowerPoint. This means, making the complicated business topics clear through business presentations that are easytounderstand and are visually pleasing to the eye as well.
  • Business Presentation is all about creating visual stories this is a powerful communication asset that helps our management tell a story with it This is not an easy task. On a daily basis, you will need to problem solve on which graph is the most appropriate for specific data stories, which framework to use to make the slide goodlooking and how to make information engaging, informative, and compelling.
  • When creating business presentations for a global firm, you will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues from different locations and background.
  • Another typical challenge in the role is understanding the instructions from senior stakeholders sometimes they can be very complex and/or complicated and incomplete as well. In such cases, the key is to use your analytical, logical and comprehension skills to break them down into simple parts that can be easily executed.
  • What also makes this role interesting is the opportunity to learn something new every day. Every presentation you work on is different both in content and form. You will be exposed to business content from every practice (e.g. Generics, Consumer Healthcare, Biosimilars, Retail, etc.) and function (e.g. Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc.), all of them with different guidelines, from creating interesting information flow charts and optimizing visuals / frameworks to convey the message, to complex data analysis charts and communication ideation. These presentations will be for different audiences and for different purposes which also gives you an understanding of the business context and how our company works.
  • In addition to the business presentation tasks, you will create and maintain a relevant image library to support ongoing corporate content creation.

Who we are looking for

  • You hold a degree in Media Design, Visual Graphic Design, Digital Media or similar.
  • You preferably have 13 years of professional experience in the area of your field of study.
  • You should have an interest in photography and good understanding of a variety of media formats including social.
  • You describe yourself as dynamic, flexible, with strong intercultural competence and "handson"mentality.
  • You are an organizational talent and used to managing projects and assignments smoothly, with careful and structured way of working to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
  • You are a team player, characterized by your independent way of working, your good self
- and time management as well as your engagement and the ability to work with wider corporate communication team and with colleagues in local subsidiaries.

  • You have very good MS Office skills, especially MS Power Point.
  • Your written and spoken English is very good, other foreign languages are desirable.
