Das GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung in Darmstadt betreibt eine der führenden Teilchenbeschleunigeranlagen für die Wissenschaft.

Derzeit wird in internationaler Zusammenarbeit die neue Anlage FAIR (Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research) gebaut, eines der größten Forschungsvorhaben weltweit.

GSI und FAIR bieten die Gelegenheit, in diesem internationalen Umfeld mit einem Team von Mitarbeiter*innen zusammenzuarbeiten, das sich täglich dafür einsetzt, Wissenschaft auf Weltniveau zu betreiben.

"Beschleunigerbetrieb & Beschleunigerentwicklung" zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine

Studentische Aushilfskraft (d/m/w)

Kennziffer 24.05-WS-6600
zur administrativen Unterstützung für anstehende Reviews, Workshops und Retreat-Veranstaltungen (z. B. ECRIS, interne technische Reviews, Beamtime-Retreat, Abteilungsleitungsklausur, etc.).

Ihre Aufgaben im Einzelnen:

Anlegen und Pflege von Dokumenten auf Indico-Seiten, Seafile-Ordnern und WebseitenBearbeitung von TeilnahmelistenVor

- und Nachbereiten von Dokumenten und ProtokollenUnterstützung bei den Veranstaltungen vor Ort inkl.

Betrieb der Veranstaltungstechnik
Ergänzend sind folgende Aufgaben vorgesehen:

Pflege von Bereichs

- und AbteilungswebseitenErstellen von Übersichtszeichnungen und grafischen Darstellungen
Ihr Profil:

Student*in eines MINT-FachesGute technische AuffassungsgabeGute Deutsch

- und EnglischkenntnisseKenntnisse bzw. Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in MS-Office, Indico, Typo3, Seafile und ggf. sonstige Anwendungen (Graphik, Tabellenkalkulation)
