Your Team:


The European Regional Office based in Kronberg is a small, busy and dynamic team looking after 10 markets via 6 National Sales Companies (NSCs).

To support our
Customer Service Team within the European Regional Office and for an immediate start we are looking for a:


Trainee Ownership Experience

(duration of 24 months)

Your Tasks:


  • Analyse the results of JLR customer satisfaction surveys covering sales, service, customer service and roadside assistance as well as, including customer verbatim topics and sentiment
  • Review the customer service and goodwill results to identify key trends that impact the customer experience with JLR brands
  • Create a monthly customer voice report including all the available channels to summarise key trends and make recommendations for business process change that will enhance the Jaguar Land Rover Ownership Experience
  • Support European & Global stakeholders in programme governance, agree Action Planning and track Key Performance Indicators across the Customer Voice arena
  • Define and support retailer process actions and share best practice to drive improvement in scoring
  • Create daytoday and ad hoc reports and analytics to support Customer Voice amplification throughout the region
  • Support the Customer Knowledge Base content management process for European NSCs
  • Actively participate in strategic Business Transformation projects as required

Your Profile:


  • University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, Engineering or a similar field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity to identify root cause of customer issues and propose business solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively complete tasks, whilst maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong team player, able to communicate at all levels within the business
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
  • Excellent command of English, second language desired
