Your Mission:

As Team Leader PR & Social Media (M/F/d), you will lead the PR & Social Media team within the Marketing department.

You plan, coordinate, and supervise the PR activities together with your team of 5. Your responsibilities also include the development of social media channels and budget planning.

What you will do:

Planning and execution of local PR and Marketing communication activities together with the central
Marketing team.
Development, Execution, and control of local PR and Social Media activities
Coordination and execution of central marketing campaigns and media plans
Selection, management and control of external agencies and supplier
Check of marketing material to ensure brand guidelines as well as strategy, time and money requirements.
Development and management of media relationship
Planning and execution of internal communication
Monitor and report marketing budgets to ensure objectives and ROI target achieved
Ensure regular reporting and presentations of marketing activities internal and for central marketing
Monitor and document internal processes around approval for internal and external audits

What we ask for:

Higher education in marketing or economy and relevant working experience, covering PR, Social Media or general marketing
Fluent in German and English
Experience in leading a small team
Very good communication skills, an innovative approach, and a high degree of independence
