The marketing director (M/F/x) at our client's organization ideally gains a deep understanding of the company's mission and values, and be able to communicate these effectively to various audiences.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?

They likely be creative, strategic, and datadriven, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

They preferably have strong leadership skills, and be able to inspire and motivate a team of marketing professionals to achieve their goals. Also owning excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders, as well as build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
