We are looking for a Working student in Claim Strategic Partnership Manager, Based in Munich.

Your Team
Part of the CCO office, the environment is truly global, collaborative, and agile.

Our daily work is centered around a collaborative exchange with internal and external experts to find solutions for complex tasks.

The Impact You Will Have

In order to settle our claims in the best possible way AGCS works with a variety of external service providers such as lawyers, engineers, and other experts around the globe.

Within Claims Strategic Partnership Management, it is our responsibility and objective to manage such third parties in the most efficient and effective way.

The working student will assist in and actively contribute to this newly created role.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include

Assisting in or driving various initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness related to Provider Management

- analyzing global provider landscape,
- analyzing global provider process landscape
- identifying synergies and / or (process ) efficiencies
- making Provider Management know-how accessible to everyone

Support in project management tasks, preparation, and followup of meet the NGS

- opportunity to work on their own projects

What You'll Bring to the Role

Bachelor's degree in Business (ideally with a focus on procurement or supply chain), law, or a related field
Ideally, previous work experience with a focus on procurement or supply change management.
Comfortable working both in a team and independently, and enjoying working in an international and dynamic environment, having the ability to grasp topics easily and quickly
Excellent Organizational and Planning Skills
A sense of initiative, keen to help with projects to boost our efficiency as a team
Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly PowerPoint and Excel)
Excellent writing and verbal skills in English, German is a plus.

Further Information:

Start as soon as possible, duration minimum of 3 months, with a possibility to extend
A hybrid working model with remote working possibilities
Enrolment at university is a requirement for the duration of the employment
As a Working Student, you are allowed to work for up to 20 hours per week.
