    Beschreibung

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee multiple projects in product development from conception to market launch, particularly for the US market (including FDA approval).
    • Plan and coordinate international projects and resources.
    • Manage project-related budgets.
    • Serve as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders in product development, quality management, production, sales, project and product management.
    • Lead a team of scientists and technical assistants.
    • Manage external development resources.
    • Implement SOPs, technical documentation, and validation documents in line with international guidelines (CLSI guidelines).
    • Develop real-time multiplex PCR tests for various applications.
    • Ensure the transfer of manufacturing documents to contract manufacturers.

    Requirements:

    • Completed diploma/master's degree in biology/biomedicine/human genetics; a doctorate in these disciplines is advantageous.
    • Minimum of 10 years' experience in diagnostic test procedure development, ideally with expertise in multiplex PCR procedures.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in molecular biology, especially in real-time PCR, assay design, DNA/RNA extraction, and automation.
    • Experience in stool-based diagnostics is desirable.
    • At least 5 years of project management experience.
    • Strong leadership and coordination skills, including managing external partners.
    • Experience in quality management and preparing product-related documents, particularly under EN ISO 13485:2016.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
    • Proficiency in German and English (minimum C1) languages, both written and spoken.
