- Be an essential pillar of the weekly and monthly management reporting and provide necessary documentation about variances versus the budget
- Prepare (adhoc) analyses and decision memos for management and derivation of recommendations for action
- Support the Sales Department in every possible way to achieve their targets by creating transparency about their productivity, current sales performance, awareness about their costs and vacancies as well as evaluating sales initiatives
- Conceptualise and optimize controlling instruments both technically and with great content to enhance our business
- Play a vital role in the budgeting and forecasting process in close interaction with Sales and the Management
- Communicate and collaborate across functions/teams
- University or technical college degree in business administration with a focus on finance with at least two years of professional experience in a sales-related environment in a global set up (EMEA, AMS, APAC)
- Understanding the general business dynamics of a growing subscription company and their operative metrics (familiar with relevant KPI set)
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
- Experience with Microsoft dynamics and/or tableau is an advantage
- You work in a dynamic international environment that requires very good English skills (level B2 at least),
- Very good analytical skills; you will always find the right way for different stakeholders to communicate their result
- You have an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working as well as a high level of quality awareness
