Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales (MS) includes the sales, after-sales, marketing and product management functions of Mercedes-Benz Cars and is responsible for the development of the global sales organization.

Then become part of a team in our GSP/BWM department in Stuttgart.

  • The Global Service & Parts (GSP) division bundles the worldwide activities of the Mercedes-Benz Customer Services business. The task of your new GSP/BW department is to control and further develop the Mercedes-Benz Workshop and Parts Trading business together with our international sales companies and regions.
  • The focus of GSP/BWM is on market and performance management for both the regions and direct international markets. In addition, we are also responsible for the performance control of special product ranges including Reman (remanufactured parts) and StarParts (second line of parts).
  • Your future team combines the function of sales management for the Overseas and Greater China region alongside a global business performance & analytics management function. Our goal in sales management is to reconcile the interests of GSP with the needs of the region/market in a goaloriented and partnershipbased manner. The overall goal is profitable and sustainable growth of the MB car parts range.
  • In dealing with each other, we live a culture of mutual appreciation in the team, in the department, but also across sales levels with the markets and customers, characterized by permanent feedback and constructive discourse The leadership principals play an important role in the everyday work of each of us.**Internship Responsibilities:
**- Support in the control and cooperation of the region/market in achieving the agreed sales targets (Net Revenue Customer Pay) and other KPIs (e.g. digitization, parts trading, etc.)

  • Supporting the development of state of the art new business analytics platforms (including a global business planning tool and centralised cloud based data analytics hub)
  • Support in the creation of various analyses aimed at identifying relevant business opportunities for our global markets
  • Support in creating transparency for the GSP management regarding relevant region/market KPI's
  • Preparation and participation in decision meetings
  • Participation in interdisciplinary operational and strategic projects at national and international level within the scope of your area of responsibility
  • Exchange of information between GSP and the region/market with regard to relevant customer services topics, products and key figures (e.g. inquiries in daytoday business, organization of a customer services info day event, etc.)

Qualifikationen:

**Ideal requirements for the role: - Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, international management, data analytics, economics or comparable courses

  • Very good knowledge of English (fluent in spoken and written), knowledge of German and other languages are a big advantage
  • Knowledge of the Customer Services department and/or the MBC sales organization
  • Strong affinity for numbers and sales controlling as well as the ability to understand and analyse results reports
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • A high degree of teamwork, initiative and personal responsibility, willingness to work in the context of various business issues
  • Being selfmotivated and organised with a desire to learn and provide your ideas on business process improvements
