- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Production Planning Teams sowie Anleitung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
- Verantwortung einer effizienten Produktionsplanung in Bezug auf die Termineinhaltung sowie kostenoptimalen Produktionsreihenfolge
- Planung diverser Produktionslinien im Assembly und Molding Bereich
- Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft, bspw. Terminüberwachung von Fertigungsaufträgen und Bestellungen sowie Kundenauftragsbestätigungen und Änderungsbearbeitung
- Analyse und Auswertung von Daten und Kennzahlen
- Mitarbeit bei der Budgetvalidierung und Reporting im Supply Chain Bereich
- Mitarbeit in bzw. Leitung von globalen SCM-Projekten
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre/ Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen oder ein Abschluss im Bereich technische Betriebswirtschaftslehre
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung und Disposition
- Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams
- Erfahrung im Bereich Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse und MS Office- Anwendungen
- Eigenständiges Handeln sowie analytisches Vorgehen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
