- Take full responsibility for project development from acquisition to build
- Oversee land-use planning projects
- Guide the BImSchG approval process and experts
- Plan and develop onshore wind farms, including support during the construction phase
- Support other departments where necessary, particularly Project Management
- Network with internal and external stakeholders, shareholders, project developers, and more
- Qualifications in renewable energies, industrial/civil engineering, or technology
- Proven experience in project implementation and management
- Familiarity with land use planning, BImSchG procedures, or renewable energy projects
- Desirable knowledge in CAD or GIS
- Self-driven approach and practical mindset
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Flexible, open-minded, and adaptive
- Immediate responsibility and actively shape projects
