- Als Program Manager für unser internationales Talentprogramm koordinierst du sämtliche Aspekte des Programms, von der Auswahl und Entwicklung der Teilnehmer:innen bis hin zur I mplementierung innovativer Strategien zur Talentförderung .
- Du steuerst und optimierst unsere unternehmensweiten Prozesse der Mitarbeiterjahresgespräche und des Performance-Managements.
- Darüber hinaus liegen in deinem Aufgabenbereich sowohl die Koordination und Kommunikation mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden als auch die effektive Umsetzung in unserem HR-IT-System Cornerstone .
