YOUR TEAM:

Within the area of Finance, Controlling and Accounting our department"Treasury, Tax & Export Control" is concentrating on and takingresponsibility on the related topics inside the organisation and the entiresub-group.

Especially in Export Control the focus is to establish compliantprocesses and to train the employees in all relevant areas of the company and-in future
- as well in the affiliated subsidaries.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You are responsible for the further expansion of Export Control

- and Customs processes according to local and international legal requirements to ensure the cross-border flow of goods, cars, technical components; mainly software and hardware

You are in charge of compliance in the field of Export Control and Foreign Trade Law within the organization e.g. with regard to people, countries, goods, technologies, software/licenses and technology transfer for all company processes
You are a direct report to our CFO who is the Ausfuhrverantwortlicher
You are supporting and advising subsidiaries and own business areas (national /international) in Export Control / Customs topics
You are the main contact person for all relevant associations and authorities, in particular for BAFA
Operative cooperation and alignment with the VW Brands and Group Export Control (Volkswagen AG)
As a export control expert on management level you consult and coordinate colleagues in your team

WHO YOU ARE:

You have successfully completed your degree in business administration, business law or international business. Alternatively completed degree in scientific law, computer science or engineering
You have a long term professional experience in the field of Export Control & Custom (preferable with focus on software/ license/technical components) in an international environment
High ability to communicate at all management levels
You have gained intercultural skills, developed while studying or working abroad
Affinity towards technology and software development oriented companies, business models, products
Strong team player with above average communication and negotiating skills
Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with a solutionoriented approach
You have a very high level of written and spoken English and German language
