Auf m2 entwickelt, testet und fertigt CLAAS Selbstfahrende Erntemaschinen am Stammwerk in Harsewinkel Mähdrescher, Feldhäcksler und Systemtraktoren. Mit mehr als 2.000 Kolleginnen und Kollegen sind wir die größte Gesellschaft der CLAAS Gruppe und übernehmen gesellschafts
- und länderübergreifende Aufgaben sowohl in der Produktion, Forschung und Entwicklung als auch in zahlreichen kaufmännischen Bereichen.

Your role in our team:

This is a parttime position of 27,5h/week
Push Global Purchasing interest into the Product Unit in and vice versa ( e.g. lean decisionmaking processes): first point of contact for all purchasing topics related to product (new projects or serial ones)
Define and steer all necessary purchasing levers incl. value engineering activities with Product Cost Controlling to achieve QCT targets across entire product life cycle (incl. Mid Term Plan forecast)
Provide all necessary information for supplier management activities (e

g:
End Of Life/obsolescence, volume development, manufacturing capacity, quality standards evolution )

Participate in and contribute to Product Unit governance meetings
Represent Global Purchasing in project core team: monitoring progress and steering action plan in case of deviations in deliverable achievement
Provide all necessary information for supplier selection and target price achievement (e

g:
target cost breakdown, volume, sample delivery planning )

Responsible to consolidate and steer necessary sourcing activities up to SOP to support purchasing deliverables
Control supplies for prototypes, pre series and

SOP:
in case of deviation, identify and implement mitigation plans

Support Product Unit budgeting and controlling process

Your profile:

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business administration and/or industrial engineering.
You can draw on sound work experience in strategic purchasing.
You have developed profound skills and experience in process management.
Your excellent communication skills, your entrepreneurial approach, analytical thinking as well as proactive, selfdriven work attitude and motivation set you apart.
You enjoy taking new challenges, driving change and solutions, taking ownership as well as meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail.
You are experienced in working in an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment. Furthermore, experience from working in a matrix organization is a plus.
You are willing to travel to different CLAAS sites regularly.
Your fluent business English skills as well as your confident handling of MS Office and SAP complete your profile.
