Your Mission

You will work closely with our cofounders since recruiting is one of the most important things we can be doing as a company.
You are shaping our culture by engaging every team member to bring in her unique personality. As we are spending quite some time at work, let ́s make this place a happy place.
You are owning employer branding topics and support us in shaping the Predium brand.
You will help onboard new employees and help us make Predium a place where happy employees make our customers happy

Your Profile

You will be successful if:

You are fluent in English and German.
You have stellar time and priority management abilities you can manage the details while looking at the bigger picture.
You have the desire to join a startup, take responsibility for the fate of the company, and move fast.
You are excited about solving climate change and eager to contribute to doing so on a high scale.

Bonus Points:

You have great selling and closing skills.
You have already gained experience in the fields of people and/or culture.
