- Developing and promoting regional Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) standards and adapting global concepts and legal guidelines for Germany
- Steering and supporting the global initiatives on target group-specific D&I programs, initiatives and communication campaigns
- Providing regional governance and ensuring the alignment of all D&I initiatives within Germany in accordance with the global D&I strategy
- Independent implementation and further development of local D&I activities within the framework of the global strategy, including internal and external networks, employee benefit programs and events
- Implementation of local legal regulations and standards in the field of D&I
- Preparation of presentations and decision papers for top management
- Empowering employees, managers and regional/local HR business partners with regard to global D&I guidelines, standards, processes and tools
- Consideration and management of audit-relevant framework conditions with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion e.g. Work and family audit, Ecovadis
- Recognizing, analyzing and applying regional and local D&I trends
- Monitoring and analysis of the regional D&I dashboard and derivation of measures for optimization
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, social sciences, economics, engineering or similar
- Professional experience in the field of Diversity & Inclusion
- Experience in the development, implementation and reporting of strategic concepts in an international business environment
- Specialist knowledge and interest in D&I topics (including Belonging, Inclusion, Equality, LGBTQI+, Generational Diversity, Social Origin, etc.)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong knowledge of communication, project and change management
- Experience in dealing with stakeholders at various levels
- Fluency in English and German, additional language skills an advantage
