Qualification:


  • General Certificate of Secondary Education or equivalent
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience within a fast moving, customer centric Environment
  • People orientated and team minded
  • High sense of customer and service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:


  • Maintenance of information in the database in particular advanced processing of complaints
  • Maintaining and improving the quality standards
  • Acquisition of customerrelated data in the database
  • Documentation of problems and solutions in the database
