With its service and innovation, Carnival Maritime enables the vessels of the two Costa Group brands, Costa Crociere and AIDA Cruises, to meet the current and future needs of the cruise industry.

HR Controller (f/m/d):

Your Responsibilities:

Creation and maintenance of Marine HR analysis and dashboards
Developing methods for qualitative measurement of all processes within the employee lifecycle
Coordinating common reporting topics with HR stakeholders within brands and corporation
Supervising the reimbursement and invoicing process for our talent acquisition partners

Your Profile:

Vocational training in ship management or logistics
Bachelor degree in shipping, logistics, business administration or similar desirable
Experiences in maritime business and an international working environment
Basic knowledge in HR analytics or controlling
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Business fluent English languag
Service and result oriented personality
