Stellenbeschreibung:Ihre Aufgaben:

Leitung eines agilen Teams von Frontend-Entwicklern, einschließlich der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
Planung, Koordination und Durchführung der Weiterentwicklung der Web-Plattform, sowie App unter Verwendung von React, TypeScript, Tailwind und React Native
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Best Practices der Frontend-Entwicklung, einschließlich Codequalität, Performance-Optimierung und Sicherheit
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams, einschließlich Design, Backend-Entwicklung und Produktmanagement, um effiziente Lösungen zu entwickeln
Zusammenarbeit mit Softwarearchitekten, um skalierbare und wartbare Frontend-Lösungen zu entwickeln
Kontinuierliche Evaluation neuer Technologien und Tools, um die Entwicklungseffizienz und -qualität zu verbessern

Ihr Profil:

Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams oder in einer leitenden Position im Bereich Frontend-Entwicklung
Solide Kenntnisse in Softwarearchitektur, Design Patterns und bewährten Verfahren für moderne Frontend-Entwicklung
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren, anzuführen und zu coachen, um optimale Leistungen zu erzielen
Langjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Webanwendungen mit React, TypeScript und CSS-Frameworks wie Tailwind
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Ebenen zu kommunizieren
Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit der kontinuierlichen Integration und kontinuierlichen Bereitstellung (CI/CD) containerbasierter Anwendungen in der öffentlichen Cloud (AWS)
