- Proactively and autonomously support large-scale wind projects through development and construction concerning all grid-related matters.
- Manage the end-to-end grid application process for wind projects.
- Establish and nurture relationships with public and private grid operators.
- Identify suitable grid availability areas in collaboration with the wind Project Development Team.
- Provide technical assistance to Project Developers throughout project development.
- Negotiate grid agreements and permits for wind projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize grid connection arrangements and support commissioning.
- Experience on utility-scale wind projects based in Germany
- At least C1 German (ideally native)
- Fluent English
