COORDINATOR MARKETING AUTOMATION OPERATIONS (F/M/D)
MARKETING INSPIRED BY YOU - YOUR TASKS
Set-up personalised automation CRM campaigns within the Mazda Customer communications programme

Co-ordinate the roll-out of all marketing campaigns to all markets including campaign creation, testing with agency, Service Hub and linked teams.

Coordinate analysis of market campaigns and overall success management to enable best practice sharing as well as conduct regular reviews of all campaigns with each NSC.

Co-ordinate the development of management presentations about status, operational statistics, outlook and plans at any point in time.

Coordinating the roll out of CRM use cases and working closely with the Marketing Automation Systems, Content and Customer Intelligence Platform teams.

PASSION MEETS POWER - YOUR PROFILE
University degree or similar qualification in Marketing / Communication or equivalent
First professional experience in marketing preferable
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint at intermediate or advanced level
Ability to communicate effectively across a range of levels
Effective interpersonal and proven team-working skills,
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask and plan own workload
Strong analytical, administrative and organisation skills and great attention to detail
Fluent English, both verbal and written
