- Verantworten das Global Supply-Review innerhalb des globalen Sales & Operations Planning Prozesses (S&OP) in unserem Netzwerk, das alle kommerziellen Einheiten, das globale Vertriebsnetz und alle Lieferketten- und Planungsfunktionen beinhaltet
- Koordinieren alle Stakeholder im Global Sales & Operations Planning Process, um eine konsistente Planung und Maßnahmen aus einer End-to-End-Perspektive abzuleiten, die eine hohe Lieferleistung für Ihr Produktcluster bei angemessenem Kosten- und Bestandsniveau sichert
- Erstellen und kommunizieren die jährlichen Produktionsbudgets/Lieferverträge aller Produktionswerke, einschließlich unterjähriger Anpassungen aufgrund von Marktschwankungen.
- Vorantreiben von Maßnahmen bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung des globalen S&OP-Prozesses durch Klärung, Kommunikation und Überwachung der Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten mit allen relevanten Beteiligten
- Leiten des Cluster Alignment Meetings und Verantwortung für die Schnittstelle zum Produktmanagement Sie koordinieren alle Stakeholder (MAS/PCM/SC/TEC/..) für globale Produktverfügbarkeitsthemen (insb. Störungen), um schnelle und pragmatische Lösungen zur Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit zu finden.
- Schnittstelle mit TEC/AME zu neuen Entwicklungen und Ableitung der Auswirkungen auf das Produktionsnetzwerk
- Unterstützen des Global Supply Chain Management Teams bei strategischen Initiativen und bei Investitionsentscheidungen
- Erarbeiten von Vorschlägen für Transfers oder Kapazitätserweiterungen für das Management Board Mitarbeiten in internationalen Projekten zur Verbesserung von Supply-Chain-Prozessen
- Betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Disposition / Fertigungssteuerung / operativer Einkauf, gerne im internationalen Umfeld
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse - SAP (MM, PP) und MS-Office
- Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationstalent.
- Stark ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches und kundenorientiertes, sowie planerisches und analytisches Denken und Handeln
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
