- 2nd Level Support Client - Applikation Management
- Koordinieren und ggf. Umsetzen der Call-Bearbeitung für den 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
- IT Standortbetreuung: vor Ort Support und Unterstützen bei Aufgaben des Service Centers
- Beraten, Abstimmen und Umsetzen von Fachbereichsanforderungen für die im Verantwortungsbereich liegenden Applikationssysteme
- Betreiben der Applikationssysteme
- Weiterentwickeln der Prozesse und Schnittstellen
- Aufzeigen von Möglichkeiten der Applikationsoptimierung bzw. -Modifikation und aktive Einbindung der Fachbereiche
- Zusammenarbeiten mit externen Dienstleistern
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Client und IT-Applikationsmanagement oder alternativ einschlägige vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation und Verwendung
- Gutes Verständnis von komplexen IT-Systemarchitekturen
- Kenntnisse von Abläufen in der Telekommunikations- oder IT-Branche vorteilhaft
- Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team
- Vertrautheit mit agilen Methoden und Ansätzen wie SCRUM und Kanban
- Reisebereitschaft
- Fließende Deutsch- (mind. Level C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. Level B1)
