The role:
We are currently looking for a: Vertriebsinnendienst (f/m/d) – Inside Sales Team Lead for Europe.
We're seeking a candidate to take on a multifaceted role that encompasses both managerial and operational aspects. This position entails leading a small team (of 2-5 members) across Europe, orchestrating sales efforts, and refining processes for optimal efficiency. The ideal candidate will excel in team leadership, sales coordination, and workflow optimization. Initially, the primary focus will be improving existing Inside Sales processes and structures across Europe, while nurturing their team's growth and productivity. The successful candidate will be instrumental in streamlining workflow, fostering better internal and external collaboration and efficiently managing sales inquiries.
This role offers opportunities for autonomy, multitasking, dynamic thinking, and effective decision-making. We are looking for someone motivated to bring change with us to our European Inside Sales department
