    Aufgaben
  • Analysieren der bestehenden Produktionsprozesse sowie Identifizieren von Ineffizienzen, Engpässen und Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Bewerten von neuen Technologien und Automatisierungslösungen zur Rationalisierung von Produktionsprozessen und zum Verbessern der operationellen Fähigkeiten
  • Mit- und Bearbeiten an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten mit interdisziplinären Teams (bspw. mit Brainstorming-Sitzungen, Ursachenanalyse und Überwachen von Leistungskennzahlen)
  • Entwickeln und Umsetzen von Change-Management-Strategien zur Minimierung von Widerstand und Sicherstellen des erfolgreichen Einsatzes dieser neuen Methoden und Technologien
  • Implementieren von Qualitätskontrollmaßnahmen sowie eine regelmäßige Durchführung von Audits zur Identifizierung von Abweichungen und potenziellen Korrekturmaßnahmen

    • Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene passende Ausbildung, bspw. im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Mind. 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Transformationsmanagement oder im Produktionsumfeld
  • Kenntnisse im Entwickeln, Steuern und Optimieren von Kennzahlen
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse (besonders MS Excel und MS Word)
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe verbunden mit Kommunikationsgeschick und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Eigenmotivation sowie ausgeprägte Zielorientierung und ein sicheres und professionelles Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Level C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
