Our client, a global telecommunication company, is recruiting a

Replacement Site Coordinato r

to join their project in Germany.

    Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of contract terminations and support of processes in administrative areas for the establishment of new sites and acquisition
  • Collaboration with customers and suppliers to ensure service continuity during the lifecycle process of the sites replacement
  • Identification of site replacement needs based on respective contractual obligations
  • Systematic maintenance of data in project status tools
  • Coordination of implementation
  • Collaboration with other departments to accurately track project milestones
  • Reporting on the current status of replacement sites

Requirements:


  • Very good knowledge of Project Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in coordinating rollout projects in the telecommunication / mobile industry
  • Strong communication skills as well as negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • German and English fluent (written and spoken)
