- Manufacturing Engineer (m/w/d)
- Projektierung, Installation und Überwachung von Fertigungs- und Montagelinien
- Single Point of Contact für nationale und internationale Projekte im Bereich Industrial Engineering
- Einführung von Verpackungskonzepten für unsere Produkte inkl. Durchführung der Testabläufe zur Validierung
- Technische Planung oder Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte oder der Implementierung neuer Materialien
- Koordinieren der Einführung neuer Produkte in den Fertigungsprozess
- Planung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Verantwortung für die Verbesserung der Ergonomie und Sicherheit an den Arbeitsplätzen
- Einführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen, wie z.B. Poka-Yoke-Prozesskontrollen
- Dokumentation der Fertigungsprozesse, z. B. Arbeitsplatzbeschreibung und Layoutplanung
- Verantwortung für die Arbeitsvorbereitung, z. B. Ermittlung von Vorgabezeiten
- Erstellung von Kalkulationen zur Ermittlung der Produktkosten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, kombiniert mit sozialer Kompetenz
- Leistungsorientierte, selbständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, Zeit und Ressourcen zu organisieren und zu leiten, um entsprechende Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Flexibilität, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium des Ingenieurwesens mit Schwerpunkt Fertigungstechnik, Holztechnik oder ein vergleichbares Hochschulstudium
- Erfahrung im Bereich Verpackung und in Montageprozessen und der Entwicklung und Implementierung von PFMEAS wären von Vorteil
- Grundzertifikat der REFA-Organisation
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP oder einem ähnlichen MRP-System von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von Produktkosten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem CAD-Programm
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Paketen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
