    We are looking for a reliable and motivated employee (m/f/d) to strengthen the team for our renowned, international and innovative client from the aerospace industry at the Manching location.
    Die Abteilung "Industrial Means Maintenance" ist verantwortlich für die Betreuung der Betriebsmittel über deren kompletten Lebenszyklus. Hierbei steht sowohl die Konzeption für neue Programme, als auch die Betreuung der Serienfertigung wie auch der Maintenance Repair and Overhaul - Bereiche im Mittelpunkt. Für die Anschaffung neuer Anlagen, bringt der Instandhaltungsingenieur (d/m/w) die Wartungsanforderungen und das Know-how in die Akquisitionsprojekte ein, um die Wartbarkeit der neuen Anlage beim Eintritt in die Produktionsphase zu optimieren. Während des Projekts stellt der Jobinhaber (d/m/w) außerdem sicher, dass die Wartungsabteilung alle notwendigen Unterlagen zur Optimierung der Instandhaltungsaktivitäten für diese neue Anlage erhält. Im Rahmen der Wartungsaktivitäten, an der Anlage in der Produktion, legt der Instandhaltungsingenieur (d/m/w) den Wartungsplan fest und optimiert ihn, prüft die Anforderung der Wartungsausrüstung und analysiert die Reparaturfähigkeit der verwendeten industriellen Ersatzteile in Bezug auf Kosten und Reparaturzeit.

    The "Industrial Means Maintenance" department is responsible for looking after the equipment throughout its entire life cycle. The focus here is on the conception of new programs as well as the support of series production as well as the maintenance repair and overhaul areas. When purchasing new systems, the maintenance engineer (d/m/f) brings the maintenance requirements and know-how into the acquisition projects in order to optimize the maintainability of the new system when it enters the production phase. During the project, the job holder (d/m/f) also ensures that the maintenance department receives all the necessary documentation to optimize maintenance activities for this new facility. As part of the maintenance activities, at the plant in production, the maintenance engineer (d/m/f) determines and optimizes the maintenance plan, checks the requirement of maintenance equipment and analyzes the repairability of the industrial spare parts used in terms of cost and repair time.

    Ihre Aufgaben:

    • Erstellung von einfachen Lastenheften hinsichtlich den Wartungsforderungen bei der Beschaffung/ Modifikation von Betriebsmitteln
    • Erstellung von Spezifikationen für die Ausschreibung und Beauftragung von Fremdfirmen
    • Anfertigung von einfachen Aufwands- und Kostenschätzungen
    • Definition und Optimierung von Wartungsplänen unter dem Aspekt CTQ
    • Beauftragung und Koordination von Prüf-, Wartungs- und Reparaturleistungen durch interne Werkstätten und externe Dienstleister
    English:
    • Preparation of simple specifications regarding maintenance requirements when purchasing/modifying operating resources
    • Creation of specifications for tenders and commissioning of external companies
    • Preparation of simple effort and cost estimates
    • Definition and optimization of maintenance plans under the aspect of CTQ
    • Commissioning and coordination of testing, maintenance and repair services by internal workshops and external service providers

    Ihre Qualifikationen:

    • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder eine erfolgreiche Weiterbildung zum Techniker mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
    • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
    • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke
    • Starke Serviceorientierung
    • sehr gute IT-Fähigkeiten
    • verhandlungssichere Deutsch-Kenntnisse und sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse sind notwendig
    • Solide Erfahrung im Bereich der Produktion und der Instandhaltung von Betriebsmitteln muss vorhanden sein
    • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und bei der Erstellung von technischen / kommerziellen Angeboten ist Voraussetzung
    English:
    • successfully completed engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or successful further training as a technician with many years of professional experience

    • very good IT skills
    • Fluent German skills and very good English skills are necessary
