    Your Role with Us:
    As a Field Application Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our company. Collaborating closely with our engineering team, you will utilize your expertise to support our customers in deploying and optimizing our cutting-edge AI solutions. This position is ideal for someone eager to work in a technology-driven and future-oriented environment, making a significant contribution to our company's growth.

    Tasks

    Your tasks will include:

    • Providing technical support to customers in deploying and integrating our AI solutions.
    • Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and partners.
    • Collaborating with the engineering team to gather feedback and improve product features.
    • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions.
    • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and training materials.
    • Supporting sales teams in technical discussions and customer presentations.
    • Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events as needed.

    Requirements

    What you should bring:

    • A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a technical support or field application engineering role.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
    • Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Java.
    • Familiarity with embedded systems and hardware/software integration.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
