- Du bist Teil eines Projektteams aus Redaktion, Marketing und Produktmanagement mit Fokus Educational Content für die Marken BRIGITTE und ELTERN - Aktueller Schwerpunkt ist das Thema Female Finance der BRIGITTE Academy
- Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Nutzer:innen, Expert:innen und Coaches, und entwickelst unser Kursangebot auf Basis ihres Feedbacks weiter
- Du monitorst alle laufenden Kosten und Umsätze für dein E-Learning Projekt und steuerst es gemäß unserer Business Ziele
- Du triffst Vorbereitungen im Backend für die Durchführung neuer Kurs-Durchläufe und steuerst alle Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft unseres E-Learning-Angebots
- Du bist zuständig für die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Teilnehmer-Newsletter-Journeys
- Du kennst und scannst alle Wettbewerber kontinuierlich und leitetest Maßnahmen ab
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Medien-, Online oder E-Commerce-Angeboten und planst und steuerst Projekte eigenständig und sorgfältig
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Analysefähigkeit sowie eine eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis von betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und leitest deine Handlungen von relevanten KPIs ab
- Du hast eine große Leidenschaft für das Thema Lernen und Female Empowerment, und denkst gleichermaßen wirtschaftlich und kreativ-konzeptuell
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit LMS oder CMS und gängigen Newsletter-Tools und bist gern up to date bei neuen Technologien und Trends
- Du hast Freude an der Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholder:innen und kannst diese für deine Ideen begeistern

Dein Team
Starte durch im Team Educational Content bei Gruner+Jahr, einem Tochterunternehmen von RTL. Wir sind ein 9-köpfiges Team von Spezialist:innen, die gemeinsam neue Wege erkunden wollen. Wir produzieren und vertreiben Online-Kurse unter unseren Marken Brigitte und ELTERN. Neben geballter Kompetenz und Kreativität zeichnen uns vor allem unsere Hands-on-Mentalität und die Bereitschaft, Dinge einfach auszuprobieren, aus. Dabei stellen wir hohe Ansprüche an uns selbst, sehen Misserfolge aber nicht negativ, sondern als wichtige Erfahrungen. Spaß bei der Arbeit ist uns ebenso wichtig wie das gemeinsame Mittagessen und/oder Kaffeetrinken an unseren Teamtagen in unserem Büro am Hamburger Hafen.
