    Somos una empresa líder especializada en instalaciones y soluciones de gestión de instalaciones en España, Alemania... Nuestros proyectos abarcan una amplia gama de instalaciones, incluidos edificios comerciales, complejos industriales y locales institucionales.     Estamos buscando un Project Manager altamente cualificado para unirse a nuestro equipo en Frankfurt, Alemania. El Project Manager será responsable de supervisar proyectos de instalaciones desde su inicio hasta su finalización. El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente dentro de la industria de instalaciones o construcción.

    1. Reunión inicial de obra y reuniones de replanteo con el Jefe de Obra y el cliente.
    2. Cumplimiento de los planning marcados por el cliente. Certificación del cumplimiento de fechas según los pedidos de material, de los hitos del planning, el pedido y entrega de material.
    3. Gestión de empresas subcontratadas.
    4. Conseguir ventas de contratos de mantenimiento y ampliaciones de obra, con propuestas de mejora para el ahorro de costes y en los procedimientos.
    5. Solicitud de productos, documentación y recursos necesarios según el planning definido en la reunión de arranque de obra.
    6. Definición adecuada de los tiempos estimados y materiales necesarios según los requerimientos de cada cliente.
    7. Control de desviaciones de costes en instalaciones, de calidad de los trabajos y de costes.
    8. Actualización semanal de estado de obras, fechas estimadas, importe de certificaciones, directamente en Navision.
    9. Seguimiento según herramienta web. Coordinación y comunicación de la información con el cliente, comercial, preventa y jefe de obra.
    10. Documentación final de obra, se encargará de recopilarla para facilitarla al responsable de informes. Introducción de datos, fotos y detalles que serán enviados por el Jefe de Obra, con la entrega del informe final al cliente.
    11. Podrá realizar el seguimiento de 8 obras o 20 personas a la vez.
    12. Análisis de cumplimiento de contratas de mantenimiento para propuesta de mejoras.
    13. Análisis de los comentarios del área comercial sobre la entrega de proyectos de cliente
    14. Resolución de incidencias en obra, reuniones con clientes. Y reporte de las mismas al personal en las obras.


    Requisitos:

    Habituado a la interpretación de pliegos de prescripciones técnicas, planos y cuadros de mediciones.

    Alto conocimiento de herramientas de ofimática y diseño (Office, AutoCad, Presto, MS Visio)

    Conocimientos de BIM y MS Project.

    Inglés nivel alto, mínimo B2. Dominio de Alemán.

    Residente en Alemania.

    Al menos de entre 5-7 años en obras de grandes dimensiones.

    Experiencia en el apoyo a la venta de proyectos.
