We are looking for a highly qualified Project Manager to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany... The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing facility projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, preferably within the facilities or construction industry.
1. Initial site meeting and stakeout meetings with the Construction Manager and the client.
2. Fulfillment of the planning marked by the client. Certification of the fulfillment of dates according to the material orders, of the planning milestones, the order and delivery of material.
3. Management of subcontracted companies.
4. Achieving sales of maintenance contracts and work extensions, with improvement proposals for cost savings and procedures.
5. Request of products, documentation and necessary resources according to the planning defined in the start-up meeting.
6. Appropriate definition of estimated times and materials needed according to the requirements of each client.
7. Control of cost deviations in installations, quality of work and costs.
8. Weekly update of works status, estimated dates, amount of certifications, directly in Navision.
9. Follow-up according to web tool. Coordination and communication of the information with the client, commercial, pre-sales and site manager.
10. Final documentation of work, will be responsible for collecting it to provide it to the responsible for reports. Introduction of data, photos and details that will be sent by the Construction Manager, with the delivery of the final report to the client.
11. You will be able to monitor 8 sites or 20 people at the same time.
12. Analysis of maintenance contract compliance for improvement proposals.
13. Analysis of the comments of the commercial area on the delivery of customer projects.
14. Resolution of incidents on site, meetings with clients. And reporting of the same to the personnel in the works.
Requirements:
Accustomed to the interpretation of technical specifications, plans and measurement tables.
High knowledge of office and design tools (Office, AutoCad, Presto, MS Visio).
Knowledge of BIM and MS Project.
High level of English, minimum B2. High leven of German
Resident in Germany.
At least 5-7 years of experience in large projects.
Experience in project sales support.
