- Have a clear understanding of company product offerings and solutions potential with primary focus on the specific domain you belong to;
- Drive the domain development initiatives together with Senior Product Manager, work closely with product teams and be a point of contact for any of domain development initiatives. To identify initiatives that stuck and push them forward;
- Being an interface between sales and product teams and work on the solution until full completion and launch, make sure to hand over the solution to relevant product teams for maintenance;
- Collaborate with Product Managers and other key stakeholders to align priorities
- Coordinate and prioritize work across multiple teams to meet deliverables timelines;
- Be an owner of the domain roadmap and make regular status updates;
- Manage dependencies and communicate with both internal teams and stakeholders on deliverables progress;
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery;
- Serve as a product expert and primary technical point of contact if there is a need to coordinate development initiatives with third-party providers and customers;
- Support bigger domain initiatives in collaboration with other delivery managers.
- 3+ years in a Product Manager/Delivery Manager/Engineering Manager role working for a bank, fintech, financial software vendor or service provider;
- Proven track record of implementing complex products inside the company and directly to customers;
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience with one or more Agile Methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban etc.
- Understanding of a payments and banking industry is great advantage;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Experience working in cross-functional team and liaison between product and business teams;
- Leadership skills and can-do attitude;
- Experience in Python programming language is a plus;
- Technical skills and strong knowledge of HTTP and REST API;
- Experience in ticketing and tracking systems;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Exceptional verbal and communication skills. Fluent English.
